Aye Inspired

So below are a series of portraits I did for an exhibition called Aye Inspired . I wanted to document just a tiny section of the many many people who have inspired the independence debate, not just in the recent campaign but in all the years leading up to it.  I chose the medium of watercolour because it's such a bright and hopeful medium and that's how I feel about the referendum, hopeful for the future.
